Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Pilotlight website, its Telegram bot and related tools (together, "Pilotlight"). By using Pilotlight you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Pilotlight.

1. What Pilotlight is

Pilotlight is an interface that reads public blockchain data about tokens launched through pons on Robinhood Chain, presents it, and helps you build transactions that you sign and send from your own wallet. Pilotlight is not an exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution, and it is not operated by or affiliated with pons, Robinhood or Orbio.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You may not use Pilotlight if you are located in, or a resident of, a place where using it or trading the tokens shown would be illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

3. Your wallet and your transactions

  • Pilotlight never takes custody of your funds, keys or tokens. You control your wallet and you alone are responsible for keeping it secure.
  • Every transaction is created in your browser and only executes if you approve it in your wallet. Transactions on a blockchain are final.
  • Quotes are estimates. Prices can move between quote and execution; the slippage limit you choose is the protection you set.

4. Fees

Trades made through Pilotlight's trading buttons include a Pilotlight fee of 0.5% of the trade value, shown before you confirm and sent to Pilotlight's wallet in the same transaction or batch. pons, token creators and the network charge their own fees, which Pilotlight doesn't control. Fees may change; the fee that applies is the one shown when you confirm. See Fees.

5. Information is not advice

Scores, labels, signals, charts, leaderboards, PnL figures and AI summaries are produced automatically from public data and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold anything, and not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research. See the Risk Disclosure.

6. Points

Pilotlight Points are a record of activity. They have no monetary value, aren't property, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged, and come with no promise of any future reward. We may change the rules, remove points earned by abuse (for example wash trading, automated farming or multiple wallets used to game invites), or end the program at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use Pilotlight to defraud, manipulate markets or launder funds;
  • overload, scrape at scale, probe or disrupt Pilotlight or the services it relies on;
  • impersonate Pilotlight or use its name or marks to mislead people.

8. Third-party services

Pilotlight depends on services it doesn't control, including Robinhood Chain, the pons contracts, wallet software, data providers and Telegram. Their outages, bugs or changes can affect Pilotlight, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

9. No warranty

Pilotlight is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement. Smart contracts and blockchains carry technical risks, including bugs and exploits, that no interface can remove.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pilotlight and the people behind it are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising from your use of Pilotlight, the tokens shown, or any transaction you sign. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the Pilotlight fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and termination

We may change Pilotlight or these terms at any time. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use Pilotlight means you accept it. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.
